We run each engagement on a Monday-scoped, Friday-demoed cadence. Monday mornings go to turning last week's feedback into this week's smallest shippable slice. Nothing enters that slice without a clear finished state a client can see and react to.

The part people miss is that this cadence prevents burnout more than it causes it.
