    Requirements

    • 5+ years shipping production web applications
    • Comfortable owning architecture decisions, not just implementing someone else's
    • Strong TypeScript/React or equivalent, plus one backend stack
    • Has worked directly with non-technical stakeholders and can explain trade-offs plainly

  • Take AI systems from prototype to monitored, evaluated production infrastructure.

    • 3+ years applied ML or NLP experience in a production setting
    • Comfortable with both the modeling side and the infrastructure side
    • Has shipped at least one AI-powered feature to real users
    • Healthy skepticism of benchmark numbers that do not hold up outside a paper

    • 4+ years product design experience, ideally client-facing
    • A portfolio that shows systems thinking, not only polished screens
    • Comfortable in a component-library or code-adjacent workflow
    • Can defend design decisions with reasoning, not only taste

  • Act as the connective tissue between client goals and the team actually building the product.
