The hotel's only presence online was a Google listing. Whatever we built would have to carry the whole first impression on its own, load quickly for guests browsing on mobile data on the Nakuru–Nairobi road, and stay cheap enough that a three-star property would actually keep it running.
No framework, no build step, no install. One stylesheet holds the entire design system and roughly 23KB of vanilla JavaScript holds the behaviour. Every room gets its own deep page, generated from a single template, so what a guest needs in order to book is one click from the homepage rather than buried in a modal.
The folder deploys as-is to any host. Images carry a year of immutable caching and the stylesheet an hour with revalidation, and the site runs with no server, no database and no monthly platform bill.
